I needed parts for my snow blower and was able to get what I needed locally instead of going online and waiting forever. The staff were very helpful in getting me all the parts I needed to make the repairs and explaining alternatives.

We searched all day to find a tire for my all wheel dr vehicle and no one would just sale me one tire... We went into Ron's tire and the gentleman who helped us let us know out tire was fixable and repaired it for us instead of trying to sale us all for tire we greatly appreciate the honesty.

Following my spring service and repairs my lawn mower continued to have issues. This was reported to Greg, the manager who personally came to my house that day, picked up the mower and within days returned it at no charge for parts, labor or delivery. It now runs and cuts like a new mower. Thanks, Greg!

Ron's has helped me out several times over the years. The first time was the purchase of a Husqvarna chainsaw that was a good deal and came with a case. The second was with a MTD snowblower part which wasn't a brand they carry but they were able to help me find the correct blade and even exchanged a blade that was the wronmg part but which they could use in their inventory. Most recently I took in a 42 inch mower deck that had been damaged when it hit a stump. I was impressed that when I took it in for repair they were honest in explaining that the summer repair backlog was two weeks - longer than I had hoped, but much better than a vague answer. When the repair was complete and I picked it up, the mechanic who worked on it took the time to explain why each part had to be replaced and answered any questions I had. Not only is this good customer service but the deck now cuts better than when it was new. I highly recommed this crew.

I was looking to purchase a new bike and had seen ads for Ron's Tires on KSL classifieds. They had the machine I wanted, but they were a 4 hour drive away. After talking with closer dealers, I contacted Corey at Ron's Tires. They were easily the best "out the door" price on any competitor. Financing was very fast and easy. I knew it would be an 8 hour road trip, but they were still the best deal around. I had made plans to pick the bike up in a week, but the day after we had finalized the deal, Corey called and said Chris had to make some deliveries in my area and asked if they could bring the bike and meet me 15 minutes from my home, no charge. It's these sort of gestures where the dealer will completely go out of their way to put the customer first. I can't express my gratitude enough to Chris and Corey for such an amazingly pleasant transaction. Even though I am a state away, they gained a customer for life.

I know there is still snow on the ground, but in getting ready for when lawn mowing seasons begins i was in need for two specific seals on some older mowers. I had tried both lowes and ace hardware and some privately owned engine shops, but non took the intrest to look any further to ording parts for me past the first few attempts from the numbers found on the mower. They kept me involved and asked for my verification of the parts' image before ordering as to save them and myself some time of wrong parts being ordered. The parts department for these guys at the lawn and garden section are earning customers...

Worked with Chris and the service I received was wonderful.. My car was diagnosed and fixed and I was was my way again. I will return for future oil changes and auto repair. We also bought a lawn mover and couldn't be happier with it. They always make you feel like your the only customer in the store.

Had a commercial contractor in the area with a starting problem on o like new gas-powered ROLAIR air compressor we manufacture. Sent him to Ron's and they handled it right away. We owe you guys big time!

I have purchased two items recently one was hasqvrna snowblower which is a snow eating machine. However the reason I'm writing is about purchasing a battery there today. My car was not starting and the battery was 3 years old but still tested ok. So I went to Subaru and they test the whole electrical system and the test confirmed the need for a new battery. They quoted a price which I felt was high, since I had checked around town for a replacement battery. Driving home and stopped in the price was the lowest quoted to me in town. They put the battery in and increased my cold cranking amps from 550 to 720 nice. I would check them out.

Cory More is the man!!!!!!! I had problems with my KYMCO side by side and the dealer I bought it from wouldnt do anything about it. I knew something was wrong with it just a couple days after purchasing and this was back in 2014. The dealer kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. Just last fall I had went fishing and took my side by side mind you there was less then 1000 miles on it so practically new. I noticed this noise was worse then I had heard so I drove back to the truck and came home. I went into Ron's tire here in Idaho Falls and explained to Cory what was going on and I showed him that the cams were bad. Cory and his team took it upon there selves and got my machine fixed under GOOD FAITH with KYMCO !!!!!!!!!! Hands down the only place I will do my BUSINESS with for Recreation, home lawn care and tires!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a great Group........ I had them change my oil and rotate my tires. They were quick, friendly and thorough.

I took my lawn mower tire in that had split out the side and thought I was going to have to buy a whole new tire but the technician was so kind and just put a tube in and fixed it all for $11. How awesome is that!! I am also in the market for a fold down tray for my Traeger Grill and the gentleman that helped me went over and above to find me one. I will definitely be back for all my needs that they can help me with.

Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in picking out snow tires for my car. The tires performed perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. And, when I accidentally slashed one near the end of the season, the replacement cost was unbelievable!
